To prevent discoloration of the copper plating during distribution, this product has a transparent coating applied to its surface. This coating will wear off with use and washing, and is not permanent. The copper-plated areas where the coating has peeled off will discolor within a few days. If the coating peels off and the copper plating is exposed, please wipe off moisture thoroughly after washing, dry, and store.
