Member Registration

You can register as a member from "Account."
*You can purchase products without registering as a member.


*Before registering as a member, please be sure to read the "Terms of Service" and the "Privacy Policy", and register after agreeing to them.

*Please note that your registered ID cannot be changed.
*If you have spam filtering enabled, please set your email to receive emails from the @amadana.com domain. (If you do not do this, you may not be able to receive communications from the amadana online store.)


Confirming/Changing Registration Information

Members can confirm and change their email address, address, etc. from their profile page.

*Due to the website renewal (system overhaul and security enhancement) implemented on May 14, 2026, the login IDs and passwords from the previous site have been reset.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but customers who registered as members on the previous site are requested to re-register to use the service.

To track your order, please have your "Tracking Number" ready. This number will be provided in the "Shipping Confirmation Email" sent after your order has been dispatched.
We do not ship internationally.

About Returns and Exchanges

If the delivered product is defective or if you receive a product different from your order, we will handle it with a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Procedure

If you wish to return a product after arrival, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days and return the product to the ≪Return Address≫. Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • 1. : Products that have been opened or used (excluding cases where a defect is discovered after use)
  • 2. : Products that have been damaged or scratched while in your possession
  • 3. : Due to customer convenience (e.g., size does not fit, image is different from expectation)
  • 4. : Sale or outlet items

The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the returned product and the replacement is ready.
*This is only possible if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock issues, we will issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.



Refunds

For returns due to reasons attributable to us or the delivery company, such as damage upon arrival, we will refund the product price, shipping fees, and cash-on-delivery charges.
- If you paid by credit card, we will adjust the credit card settlement amount.
*If your order qualified for free shipping due to a purchase of ¥5,500 (tax included) or more, and the return of an item causes the total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We also do not accept combined shipping for multiple orders.

We do not offer notifications for incoming stock, special orders, or holds.


I haven't received my order confirmation email.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. Please check your settings, as you may have domain-specific restrictions enabled, or there might be an error in your registered email address.


I want to change the shipping address or delivery date/time.

We do not accept changes to the shipping address or delivery date/time after an order has been completed.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the shipping company's tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please contact the shipping company directly to change your delivery details.



The item was returned due to prolonged absence.

If we do not hear from you after a delivery attempt and a notice is left, the package will typically return to our distribution center in about one week.
Once returned, your order will be canceled, so please contact the delivery office as soon as possible. If no notice was left, please contact our customer support.



Can I return or exchange items?
